Using this website

Revanta Digital provides website reviews, conversion advice, audit reports, copy suggestions, and implementation support. By using this website or requesting a review, you agree to use the site lawfully and to share accurate information when submitting a website, email, or project request.

Reviews, audits, and recommendations

Our audits and recommendations are based on the information available at the time of review, including public website content, user experience checks, AI-assisted analysis, and human judgment. We’ll aim to give practical guidance, but we can’t guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, rankings, or revenue from any change.

Client responsibilities

You’re responsible for making sure you have the right to submit a website for review, approve any changes before they go live, and provide access, copy, images, logins, or business details needed to complete a project. You’re also responsible for checking industry-specific compliance needs, especially in legal, health, finance, or regulated fields.

Payments and project scope

Any paid audit, sprint, redesign, or ongoing service will be based on the scope agreed before work starts. Extra requests, third-party costs, hosting, domains, software subscriptions, ads, stock assets, or email tools may require separate approval and payment.

Intellectual property

Revanta Digital keeps ownership of its internal workflows, templates, systems, and processes. Once paid in full, client-specific deliverables such as approved website copy, page layouts, reports, and implemented updates are intended for your business use, unless a separate agreement says otherwise.

Limitation of liability

The website and services are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Revanta Digital is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data, platform outages, third-party provider issues, or business results outside our direct control.
